    Job Description

    The Chemical Engineer (Junior) will focus on process planning for the upcoming contractual Performance Test Run for the GPX facilities. Under Senior Process Lead direction Engineer will interface with OPCO engineers and EPC engineers to establish infrastructure, logistics, identify contracts outstanding to prepare for this GPX major milestone. In addition, chemical / process engineer will interface with EPC contractor to enhance engineering surveillance focused on recent, late discoveries as key interface with vendor packages and EPC scopes.

     

    • Execute all expected activities committed with high value for safety taking responsibility for his/her own safety and the safety of his/her co-worker

    • Motivated with strong leadership skills and effective interface and influence others while taking directions from Senior Process Lead.

    • Reviews Contractor Deliverables and is responsible for providing and coordination of company comments within the Process / Chemical Engineer discipline for the Project-wide Area.

    • Reviews design, specifications, procurement, construction/installation activities, and systems mechanical completion walkdown to ensure compliance with Codes, regulatory,

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3rd year higher level in Chemical / Process Engineering

    • Min. Profession Level years as only required for surge support, related professional experience in academic field in chemical engineering as enables field verification for Lead Senior Process Engineer described on tasks and responsibility section above

    • Strong leadership, to take quick direction and interpersonal skills to work with other Golden Pass Engineering disciplines / startup teams

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
