Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Implementation Project Manager that will play a critical role in driving successful execution of strategic initiatives across transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations. This position is responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams, including business units, sales, and senior management. They will design and implement project plans that align with organizational goals. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to establish implementation teams, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This position demands proficiency in project management methodologies, operational excellence, and change management, as well as the ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions. Success in this role requires balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, maintaining high performance under pressure, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. He/She will need to have experience supporting projects in the supply chain industry and expeirence working for a Freight Forwarder.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of related industry experience in a Project Manager role within the Freight Forwarding space.

-Experienced in transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations with a strong understanding of global processes.

- Proficient in methodologies for planning, execution, risk management, and timeline control.

-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, web-based tools, and job-specific software applications.
