    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an Oracle EBS Financial Developer to join a local state agency. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules (AP, AR, GL) and related processes. The developer will work with business teams and DBAs to deliver secure, efficient solutions that maintain financial data integrity and system reliability. The pay rate for this role is between $40-$60 an hour depending on the candidates years of experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customize and integrate Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules.

     

    Develop PL/SQL code, reports, and interfaces using Oracle tools (Forms, Reports, BI Publisher).

     

    Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger; knowledge of Purchasing/Inventory is a plus.

     

    Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure secure coding practices.

     

    Collaborate with business teams for requirements and documentation.

     

    Handle data migration and integrations (APIs, Web Services, flat files).

     

    Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    2+ years of Oracle EBS R12 Financials development experience.

     

    Strong PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher skills.

     

    Understanding of AP, AR, GL processes and large-scale integrations.

     

    Familiarity with EBS APIs, OA Framework, and Web ADI.
