Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the Zero Waste program· for a large hyperscaler. They will be responsible for entering waste data from multiple internal and external sources with a high degree of accuracy
• Perform data assurance/data quality (QA/QC) processes on CE battery waste records submitted by technicians
• Support reviews of waste prevention data workbooks, documentation, and calculations to improve data accuracy
• Review and monitor our PowerBI dashboard to identify anomalies, trends, and potential data issues
• Collect, verify, and record RMA weight data in alignment with established procedures
• Document discrepancies, flag issues for follow-up, and maintain clear records of corrections and investigations
• Support ongoing improvements to data workflows, documentation, and quality-control processes
• Support ad-hoc data requests from the Zero Waste team

Skills and Requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data-related tasks
• Strong numerical aptitude and enjoys working with quantitative information
• Highly reliable in performing repetitive or routine data entry and data management processes without loss of focus or quality
• Curiosity and willingness to investigate anomalies, inconsistencies, or data quality issues
• Comfortable following established protocols while also identifying opportunities to improve data workflows
• Strong sense of ownership over data integrity and QA/QC tasks
- Must be in PST/ MST/ CST time zone - majority of team will be in PST Interest in sustainability is a plus
