    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the launch of future features scheduled for 2027. This is an extremely technical role that requires a deep understanding of how upcoming features will impact current applications, workflows, and dependencies. The BSA will play a critical part in enabling engineering teams and developers to work efficiently by tracking and documenting activities that affect them, ensuring they have the information needed to take on new tasks and stay aligned.

     

    As a key liaison between Agile teams, the PMO, the parent company, and vendor partners, the BSA will drive alignment across all stakeholders. Working closely with the Project Manager, the BSA will track and update action items, document and communicate changes, and manage timelines effectively.

     

    Core responsibilities include gathering, updating, and documenting requirements for each feature within the program and ensuring successful progression through all PMO gates. The BSA will also play a vital role in maintaining transparent communication, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across teams to enable timely delivery and successful execution.

     

    This position requires flexibility, as the BSA will participate in two bi-weekly calls and one weekly call that may occur outside traditional working hours to accommodate global stakeholders.

    Skills and Requirements

    5 + years of BA/BSA experience primarily working within application development

     

    Experience working in both waterfall and agile environment

    Expert knowledge and hands on skills with JIRA, Visio and Confluence

    Experience working with a PM tool such as MS project or Monday.com (so they can keep schedule and update that and understand if any risks are there they need to track/be aware of)

     

    Experience creating technical user stories, process flows, wire frames and swim lanes

     

    Experience working with offshore resources
