    Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

    + Leads the strategic process and development of service transformation within the Heavy division of the Water Solutions & Services (WSS) segment of Xylem

    + Partner with the Regional leadership team in implementing and sustaining of current and future Service MOS

    + Works as liaison across multiple functional partners to drive Service Transformation projects to deadlines and impacts (IT, HR, Finance, Engineering)

    + Ensure training plans and development for AQUA pro (service personnel) are aligned to digital strategy and evolution of required skills

    + Serves as escalation path for system and process questions and challenges

    + Provides input and suggestions to Operations Excellence team for additional business/process improvements

    + Collaborates with the DCC (Digital Command Center), OSE’s (Operational Support Engineer) and I&E (Instrumentation & Electrical) teams to ensure Operational sites have the necessary visibility to deliver the contracted quality and quantity of water

    + Utilizes quantitative and qualitative data to inform and guide business decisions, ensuring actions are based on objective evidence rather than intuition or bias.

    + Demonstrates the ability to inspire, guide, and influence others regardless of formal position or reporting structure.

    + Build trust and credibility through expertise, clear communication, and collaborative relationships.

    + Demonstrates a Return on Investment (ROI) Approach to Decision Making

    + Assures alignment with WSS segment’s standard Service Management Operating System

    + Solicits on-going feedback scheduling adjustments and improvements as needed

    Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, Licenses/Certification

    + Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Management or a related field required.

    + 7-10+ years’ experience in management and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge

    + Ability to be in the field (industrial job sites), learn and understand the business and build credibility

    + Proven leadership and collaboration skills

    + Proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, evaluate options and propose solutions to complex issues

    + Demonstrated organization, prioritization and time management skills

    + Demonstrated ability to lead indirect teams to achieve business outcomes

    + Program/Project Management experience

    + Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite

    + Self-starter with internal motivation

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Continuous improvement mindset

    + Change management mindset

     

    The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
