Job Summary
This role will be primarily responsible for creating leads and attracting prospects for Delivery Service Provider opportunities. The full-time role will include screening prospects, and scheduling appointments based on processes set in place by PCF Distribution Services.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
+ Find sourcing opportunities to attract DSP prospects.
+ Effectively communicate with DSP prospects.
+ Prescreen DSP prospects based on individual plant needs.
+ Identify creative community outreach and advertising opportunities to support recruitment and company visibility.
+ Travel is required to support recruitment efforts, including community events, job fairs, and local advertising initiatives.
+ Visit Distribution centers and talk to current carriers to get them plugged into the referral program.
+ Visit businesses to attract prospects via referral.
+ Lawn sign campaigns
+ Assist DSP prospects in filling out applications.
+ Have knowledge of territory and current need for DSP help.
+ Provide support to Lead DSP Recruiter as needed.
+ Assist the Human Resources department with recruitment effort, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, and pre-screening for open employee positions as needed.
+ Track and report recruitment metrics to support contracting progress and decision-making.
+ Maintain a professional and courteous manner when resolving DSP prospect inquiries.
+ Access voicemail messages from non-operational hours and call individual prospects who are interested in DSP contracts.
+ Enter appropriate information into DSP Intranet database.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Excellent verbal and communication skills
+ Experience with online recruitment platforms is a plus but not required.
+ Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook applications
+ Customer Service Skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers/clients.
+ Ability to work in a high volume fast passed environment
+ Comfortable navigating between various intranet applications
+ Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

+ Travel required throughout PCF entire distribution network
Experience Required
+ A minimum of 1 – 2 years of related work experience preferred.
Required Educational Level
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
