Job Summary Details:

The **Garage Porter** provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00a.m to 2:00p.m.

Pay: $15.00 per hour, paid weekly

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Experience using equipment such as **pressure washer, air blower, and other cleaning tools**

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain cleanliness and safety of the corporate building’s parking garage

+ Sweep, blow leaves, and remove debris from garage floors and surrounding areas

+ Gather and empty trash from designated receptacles

+ Operate cleaning equipment including pressure washers and air blowers

+ Clean stairwells, elevators, and other common areas within the garage

+ Follow procedures for safe use of cleaning chemicals and power equipment

+ Notify Manager of any maintenance needs or safety hazards

+ Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors

+ Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

+ Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or other incidental duties as required
