    We are looking for Skilled Production Associates to join our team. We are passionate about what we do and work hard at it. We are looking for a team player who will contribute not only to our team’s production, but to our culture as a whole.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Learn and operate all production equipment

    • Will perform necessary quality, seal, date and weight checks

    • Fill out all required production records completely and properly

    • Relieve all positions as needed during vacations, sickness, or for other reasons

    • Responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards

    • Will strive to always improve overall equipment effectiveness

    • Perform preventative maintenance, make adjustments, and trouble shoot production equipment

    • All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Must be willing to cross train and perform other duties as assigned

    • Must have good training abilities, be highly motivated, work well with others, and possess good communication skills

    • Working knowledge of entire production area

    • Must be able to lift 80lbs on a regular basis

    • Must have an aptitude to learn along with the willingness to receive continuous training

    • Must be flexible and willing to work varying hours

    Days/Hours:

    • Normally a Five-day work week

    • Multiple Shifts Available: 2nd shift and 3rd shift opportunities

    • Overtime will be required

    • Days and Hours may vary dependent on current production demands
