    ASPIRUS LAKE VIEW HOSPITAL in Two Harbors, MN is seeking a LV MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR to join our PLANT SYSTEMS OPERATIONS team!

     

    Salary Range: $26.23 - $38.03 Hourly

     

    Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours

    Weekend Requirement: Generally No Weekends

    FTE: FULL TIME, 1.000000 FTE

     

    Off Premise On-Call: Yes

     

    The Maintenance Coordinator provides support to the Director of Facilities and Projects and the Maintenance Supervisor. This support includes regulatory compliance, inventory control, contract negotiation and monitoring, and the training and competencies of staff. The Maintenance Coordinator ensures the proper level of service is offered and maintained in non-Aspirus Wausau Hospital facilities.

    Experience/Qualifications

    + Knowledge of maintenance procedures and standards normally acquired through receipt of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + 5 years’ experience in a management or supervisory position in a healthcare facility in either maintenance or plant operations. This knowledge may also be gained through 10 years of experience in the building/construction trade with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.

    + Experience in supervision, purchasing and computers, or additional education in supervision beneficial, along with any technical/engineering certification.
