    Now Hiring: Field Training Officer (FTO)

     

    Pay: $17–$18 per hour

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Field Training Officer (FTO) who takes pride in doing things the right way. This role is hands-on and field-based, supporting our officers, reinforcing standards, and making sure our clients feel confident in the service we provide.

    What You’ll Do

     

    Support & Supervision

     

    + Serve as a go-to resource for officers in the field

    + Reinforce company policies, procedures, and expectations

    + Provide real-time guidance and coaching when needed

     

    Post Coverage & Urgent Response

     

    + Respond quickly to call-offs, no-shows, or urgent staffing needs

    + Cover open posts or coordinate relief as required

    + Keep Account Managers informed of any staffing or site changes

     

    Training & Site Inspections

     

    + Conduct unannounced site visits to ensure readiness and compliance

    + Review reports, pass-down logs, and documentation

    + Reinforce our standard: write it down, don’t say it

     

    Vehicles & Equipment

     

    + Complete daily inspections of FTO vehicles

    + Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and readiness

    + Assist with basic golf cart upkeep (batteries, tires, lights, etc.)

     

    Field Operations

     

    + Travel between multiple sites during your shift (typically 50–175 miles/day)

    + Monitor officer performance, professionalism, and site conditions

    + Ensure posts are properly equipped and ready for operations

    What We’re Looking For

    + 25 years of age or older

    + Clean driving record and completion of driver safety training

    + Pre-employment drug screening required

    + Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement

    + Successful completion of the FTO Training Program

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Drivers License Level 2 Security License Over the age of 25 ( Insurance Requirement)
