About the Role

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience this summer?

Washington Gas is looking for a **Data Analytics Intern** to support the **Customer Experience team** .

This internship provides exposure to how data is used to improve customer interactions and business processes. The intern will gain experience working in a collaborative environment and learn how analytics contributes to enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with data-related tasks such as organizing, reviewing, and preparing information for analysis.

+ Support team projects by helping with reporting, documentation, and basic research.

+ Learn and apply foundational data analytics concepts under the guidance of experienced professionals.

+ Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer experience initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

+ Currently enrolled in a degree program in **Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field** .

+ Interest in data analysis and customer experience strategies.

+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

+ Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
