Job Requirements:

+ Strong leadership, communication, and management skills

+ Ability to lead and direct a dental practice, ensuring top-notch patient service

+ Provide support to the dental team, ensuring productivity and organization throughout the day

+ Focus on efficient patient scheduling for optimal productivity and care

+ Knowledge of dental terminology and ability to present financial arrangements to patients

+ Proficiency in understanding insurance codes and processes

+ Competence in using dental practice management software (experience with paperless systems preferred)

+ Ability to oversee financial operations, maintain budgets, and ensure profitability
