    Description

    SAIC has an immediate opening for a Systems Integrator. The candidate must be a forward-leaning, self-starter, and have the ability to balance multiple priorities, be organized, detail-oriented and able to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure a variety of activities are organized and accomplished. The role requires project management, governance, and metric tracking support. The candidate will need to leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to perform the necessary outreach, collaboration and engagement with intra/inter-organizations. This position requires strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, working as part of a team and experience performing milestone driven, programmatic developments. Key responsibilities will include:

     

    • Setup and management of communications, documentation and requirements for software updates and developing requirements through a tracking program such as JIRA

    • Support to customer level PMO in the prioritization of requirements for customer specific software development

    • Support to customer level PMO with internal communications through the maintenance of the team’s Confluence page, documentation of team meetings, and tracking of internal metrics

    • Review and tracking of incoming requests for customer level program support, especially for analytic requests, and the development of metrics (dashboards, graphics, etc) to help demonstrate impact/value of the customer’s program

    • Support to customer level PMO in migration of documentation to customer approved storage mechanisms

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 14 years of program/project management and systems integrator roles supporting business operations, and must hold a Bachelor's Degree

    • Experience with programmatic activities for the customer, including tracking actions, master schedule development, documenting management decisions, and cataloging technical documents

    • Experience with the implementation of organizational governance and related processes

    • Ability to support the customer with the capture and documentation of technical and programmatic strategies

    • Background in agile software development and tracking; and prioritization of requirements, bugs and enhancements

    • Familiarization with milestone tracking and review of multiple projects in parallel

    • Experience managing and facilitating multi-agency collaboration forums and initiatives

    • Ability to capture thorough and clear actions and subsequently develop action plans to support their closure
