    Job Summary:

    Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and results-oriented **High Volume Recruiter** to join our **Global Talent Acquisition** team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and placing top talent in specialized non-exempt frontline and field associate positions to build our customer-obsessed culture. You will join a collaborative, high-performing team focused on internal and external customer satisfaction, leveraging your expertise in full life-cycle recruitment and candidate generation.

    What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities):

    + Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines and the full recruitment life cycle to consistently meet internal customer capacity needs within a Key Performance Indicator-driven environment.

    + Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results.

    + Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining consistent applicant engagement and nurturing candidates through complex processes, including government clearance investigations.

    What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications):

    + **3+ years** of experience in full life-cycle recruiting within high-volume environments such as retail, logistics, operations, or a recruitment agency.

    + **Strong knowledge** of Applicant Tracking Systems, with a specific preference for Workday, and high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring practices.

    + **Proven ability** in analytical talent assessment, stakeholder management across diverse job profiles, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced culture.

    + **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent professional experience.

    What We Offer (Benefits):

    + **Salary:** $38.00 per hour.

    + **Location:** Dallas, Texas **-** Hybrid (2 days per week onsite / 3 days remote).

    + **Contract Duration:** Temporary assignment expected to last 6–9 months with the opportunity for Full-Time conversion dependent on future business needs.

    + Competitive hourly rate / 40-hour work week
