The Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights leads data-driven strategy development by translating complex analytics into actionable business recommendations. This role partners cross-functionally to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive execution of initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer outcomes. The position plays a critical role in shaping short- and long-term business strategies through insight-led decision-making.

About the Independent Contractor (Spark Driver) Earnings Team

Our team is responsible for the seamless calculation, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings worldwide. We operate with a focus on compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement, directly impacting both company performance and the experience of our global contractor network. This role is pivotal in setting best practices and driving operational rigor across the organization.

What you'll do...

+ Lead data-driven analysis and reporting to inform business strategies, translating complex insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

+ Develop, execute, and refine business strategies byidentifyingopportunities, assessing program performance, and adjusting plans based on data, feedback, and outcomes.

+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate business needs, improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive consistent, scalable analytical processes.

+ Oversee multiple initiatives and projects by setting priorities, removing barriers, measuring performance, and ensuring delivery against strategicobjectives.

Sunnyvale, California US-11657 | Sunnyvale, California US-16185 | San Bruno, California US-04398: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649 | Bellevue, Washington US-11075: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
