A Day in the Life:

The primary objective of the **Quality Control Asset Administrator** is to research and process all theft packages to maintain accuracy in filing, distributing, and recovery processes. Complete additional research on vehicle history using research skills and provide a recommendation on final disposition of theft submissions for missing/stolen vehicles. Ensure all rental agreements are properly closed accurately/timely.

The starting salary for this role is $55,000.

What You’ll Do:

+ Research and analyze all Hertz systems to confirm all processes are being followed as it relates to theft packages. Ensure proper documentation is obtained and processed accordingly.

+ Confirm all approvals are received prior to submitting a theft package.

+ Maintain proper documentation on any theft packages and confirm stolen status with local police authorities.

+ Routinely supports various internal/external stakeholders.

+ Retrieve and work Emergency Roadside Service cases which involve claims of stolen or missing vehicles.

+ Contact previous renters for verification of return information.

+ Process possible stolen vehicles with the appropriate hold code until stolen status is confirmed.

+ Responsible for researching and processing impound notices in a timely manner and ensuring proper follow up with Fleet Pool managers.

+ Maintain Impound/Repo email boxes and ensuring a timely response.

+ Generate, review, and analyze various reports.

What We’re Looking For:

+ College degree in a business-related field or experience in a back-office functionality for 2+ years preferred.

+ Experience in vehicle recovery and collection process.

+ Excellent organization, time management, investigation, and analytical skills.

+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

+ Team oriented, flexible, and focused on completing projects in a timely manner.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
