Overview
About this Position:
The Freelance Digital Management Supervisor will play a critical role in leading web development for innovative platform products on Lexus.com , as well as enterprise-level solutions that are shared with other digital properties for our client (Toyota). The position is vital to advance the digital guest experience while ensuring a strong infrastructure for Lexus.com. This will include multiple projects happening simultaneously, oftentimes with multiple key stakeholders or dependencies on other partners. Must be able to focus on the business needs of the Clients and be able to articulate agency perspectives on recommended solutions that contribute to ideas in support of the Clients’ goals.
What You’ll Do:
+ Actively support and uphold digital team goals of delivering quality, acting transparently and driving innovation
+ Develop and uphold strong relationships built on trust, respect, and authenticity with Lexus Digital Marketing Clients and other key cross-brand stakeholders
+ Partner with digital production, delivery (PO), strategy, creative/XD, analytics and development teams to achieve clients’ goals on web development, digital tools, and platform products
+ Attend scum ceremonies to represent the voice of the Client and communicate business priorities and requirements. Agile experience is a plus
+ Partner with other digital account team members on progress of their projects when platform or code-based work is conducted within your scrum team
+ Ensure cohesion and brand consistency across Lexus.com and throughout the Lexus’ digital ecosystem
+ Responsible for scope and budget health - monitors burn on a monthly basis with a deep understanding of scope impact and provides solutions and recommendations for roadmap adjustments as needed
+ Communicate and translate technical solutions and opportunities in a way that is digestible and easily understandable to non-technical Clients and business partners
What You Bring:
+ At least 6-9 years digital experience required (bonus if you have automotive experience)
+ Ideally located in the Dallas area to interact with Clients in-person on a regular basis
+ Ability to anticipate issues or roadblocks before they arise and solve problems autonomously
+ Ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables
+ Ability to connect execution to broader client goals
+ Ability to identify and provide recommendations for organic growth
+ Experience guiding / providing clear direction to Account Supervisors (and junior team members) to manage delivery precision - ensuring deadlines, budgets, and outputs meet Client expectations
+ Experience building rapport / trusted relationships that extend beyond day-to-day execution
+ Strong communication skills - ability to create space for open and direct dialogue and sharing of ideas with our Clients and business partners
+ Ability to shape proactive client conversations and recommendations
+ Ability to uphold program management excellence and proactive relationship management

Compensation Range: $2,800 - $3,200 a week. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
