This position contributes to our vision by:
• Acting as a change leader to translate business needs into scalable business solutions
• Developing and executing US sites digital transformation roadmap in alignment with business strategy, operational excellence goals, and corporate digital standards
• Identifying and prioritizing digital opportunities that improve productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and safety
• Managing digital transformation projects using formal project management practices, including business case development, scope definition, schedules, budgets, resources, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborating with IS and corporate teams on system architecture, cybersecurity, and access controls and ensuring adherence to company policies related to cybersecurity, data protection, and internal controls
• Ensuring delivery of measurable business benefits and return on investment
• Partnering with manufacturing, industrial engineering, quality, supply chain, Division level digital transformation, industrialization, and IS teams to digitize and optimize shop floor and support processes
• Building digital capability and awareness across the organization
• Ensuring compliance with aerospace regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, FAA/EASA, customer requirements)

Candidate skills & requirements
At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science or related fields
• Requires at least 5 years experience in digital transformation, manufacturing operations, engineering, process improvement, or project management and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
• Prefers Green Belt or Black Belt certification and experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
• Requires an expert understanding of automation, data analytics, and digital manufacturing concepts
• Requires advanced experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence frameworks, familiarity with aerospace regulatory and quality requirements, and strong project management and communication skills
• May require up to 30% travel
