    This position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and may have the flexibility to telework, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor.

     

    This position exists to provide executive administrative support services to the Director and the OES Management Team as well as function as a point of contact for all Environmental Stewardship personnel so that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Math skills sufficient to keep track of recites, office purchases, financial reporting;

    + Experience with spreadsheets and word processing docs sufficient to create reports, documents and correspondences for all levels of professional staff within the office etc.;

    + Experience with database management sufficient to enter data and create complex reports;

    + Customer Service skills sufficient to assess customers requests and research appropriate contacts;

    + Experience with developing administrative and programmatic procedures.
