    Dietary Supervisor

    Overview:

    Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to lead daily dietary operations and ensure high-quality, compliant nutrition services for our residents.

    Dietary Supervisor Key Duties:

    + Supervise dietary staff and daily operations

    + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

    + Support menu planning and resident dietary needs

    + Manage food quality, inventory, and costs

    + Address resident dining concerns

    Dietary Supervisor Qualifications:

    + Dietary services experience (healthcare preferred)

    + Supervisory experience a plus

    + Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
