You’ll be trained to **blend, fill, package, and ship solvent-based inks and blends** used in Hitachi’s Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer products — no prior ink experience required!

? What You’ll Do

+ Blend and produce ink batches ranging from **25–120 gallons**

+ Perform repetitive but precise **ink blending and filling operations**

+ Package finished products for shipment worldwide

+ Assist with **lab scale-up and production** processes

+ Maintain a **clean, safe, and organized** work environment

+ Follow **OSHA, HazMat, and SDS** safety guidelines

+ Support basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping

+ Help keep the **warehouse, ink room, and supply areas** organized

? What We’re Looking For

+ High School Diploma **or** 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience

+ Strong **math, mechanical, and analytical skills**

+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes

+ Comfort working in a manufacturing or lab-style environment

+ Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** occasionally

+ Forklift experience **preferred** (not required)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ A sense of urgency and pride in quality work

+ Exposure to solvents and industrial materials (training provided)

+ PPE required for safety
