    Job Description

    + **Hands-On Lab Work**

    + Perform **affinity chromatography** and **viral inactivation** to support cell culture studies.

    + Conduct **cell culture experiments** from shake flasks to bioreactors.

    + Prepare solutions, submit samples, and calibrate lab equipment.

    + **Project Ownership**

    + Lead **purification workflows** and manage timelines and deliverables.

    + Analyze large datasets and draft **technical reports** to support studies.

    + **Team Collaboration**

    + Work closely with a **small, innovative team** to brainstorm and solve problems.

    + Coordinate with broader scientific teams to align lab activities.

    + **Communication & Compliance**

    + Present findings in **cross-functional meetings** .

    + Follow **GxP standards** , **GHS policies** , and lab protocols.

    Qualifications

    + **Bachelor’s degree** in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (required)

    + **Hands-on lab experience** with **cell culture** and/or **purification techniques** (academic research or internship experience counts!)

    + Must be **authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship**
