This is an **in-office** role based in our Turbocor global headquarters in **Tallahassee, FL** .

    What You’ll Be Doing

+ Investigate electronics failures from component to subsystem level and translate findings into clear, actionable root causes using the 8D methodology

+ Use data from functional testers, compressor logs, production records, and supplier feedback to identify trends and prevent repeat failures

+ Act as a technical bridge between failure analysis, engineering, and suppliers, supporting fast and effective problem resolution

+ Lead and contribute to cross-functional 8D investigations, presenting failure statistics that support decision-making and continuous improvement

+ Maintain strong quality, safety, and documentation standards while working hands-on with electronic hardware

    What We're Looking For

+ Hands-on experience with electronics troubleshooting and failure analysis at schematic and component level

+ Working knowledge of 8D root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods

+ Experience analyzing data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools; comfort working with test data and logs

+ Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

    What You'll Get from Us

    1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.

    2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
