The Business Manager, OR is responsible for the overall business operations of the Surgical Services Departments including the Operating Room and perioperative services, SPD and the Ambulatory Care Center. Responsible for information and fiscal management including data analysis and utilization, fiscal forecasting and day to day management of business operations and scheduling. Responsible for developing and managing the budget for assigned areas, including monitoring and analyzing key financial indicators and performance metrics. This includes modifying business activities as needed in response to changing financial situations.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Bachelor's degree.

+ Four (4) or more years of business management experience.

+ Ability to manage division budgets.

+ Knowledge of surgeon and/or general physician practice operations.

+ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills including group facilitation and team building skills.

+ Critical thinking, program development, and project management skills.

+ Demonstrates customer service skills.

+ Demonstrates emotional maturity and ability to function effectively when under stress.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

+ MBA.

Starting at $106,329.60 Annually
