    BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Clinical Coordinator MA or LPN** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.     + Shift Days/Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (May Vary)

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee daily clinical operations.

    + Assist Site Manager and physicians with the successful operations of the clinical staff, procedures and treatment

    + Support the physician's office health care team, answer phones, screen patient's chart prior to appointment

    + Interview patients and prepare them for examinations and other procedures

    + Assist the physician during the exam, administer injections, perform any necessary lab work or testing, follow up on test orders and reports results to the physician and patient

    + Provides patient education, maintain medical equipment and take inventory

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirements for MA:

    + **Required Education:** HS Graduate or Equivalent GED; Preferred - Technical - Medical Assistant

    + Required Certification or Licensure includes RMA (Registered Medical Assistant), CMA (Certified Medical Assistant), EMT or NREMT (Nationally Recognized Emergency Medical Technician), or Paramedic

    + Required 3 years Medical Assistant experience

    Requirements for LPN:

    + **Required Education:** HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

    + **Required Credentials:** LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Florida Department of Health

    + **Required Experience:** 3 years LPN and 1 year Lead Role; Preferred: 3 years Physician Practice
