**_Safety-Kleen in New Berlin, WI_** is looking for a **_Production Supervisor_** to join their safety conscious team! As a P **_roduction Supervisor_** is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of a manufacturing production line or area. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, ensuring production targets are met, monitoring quality control standards, implementing and enforcing safety regulations, and troubleshooting production issues. Works closely with the production manager to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and meet production goals, wastage targets and quality standards. Provides leadership and guidance to production team members and implements training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensure effective communication between production associates, leads and management staff, by ensuring that established policies are properly adhered to.
+ Lead, direct, evaluate and develop production associates to ensure the attraction, development and retention of the best talent.
+ Establish and maintain a positive work environment including personnel development, training, safety and housekeeping.
+ Implements plans and processes that have been developed in consultation with the Production Manager that minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
+ Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed customer expectations.
+ Work with the Production Manager to ensure product quality and on-time delivery is consistently maintained.
+ Develop and recommend policies/procedures for security, maintenance and operations, as well as plan systematic programs for preventive maintenance.
+ Assists in the designing, improving, and installing of equipment and systems to improve plant efficiency as well as to meet plant needs.
What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?
+ High School + specialized training or 1 year college - Manufacturing Business Management, Process Engineering
+ 5 to 7 years
+ Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
