The **Marketing Director – Industrial Services** is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing efforts in support of Clean Harbors’ Industrial Services line of business. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, this role works closely with Industrial Services leadership, product line leaders, and the broader marketing team to ensure marketing initiatives are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and executed effectively.
The ideal candidate brings both marketing experience and industry familiarity, helping ensure marketing materials and initiatives accurately reflect the business and support sales and operational goals.
This role serves as the primary marketing partner to Industrial Services leadership and sales teams, translating complex industrial service offerings into clear, compelling marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
The ideal candidate understands industrial services, field operations, and B2B sales environments, and can confidently lead marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand consistency across the Industrial Services portfolio.

+ Work closely with the SVP of Marketing and Industrial Services leadership to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with business growth objectives.
+ Serve as the primary marketing leader and point of contact for Industrial Services sales, operations, and leadership teams.
+ Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing programs that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion within industrial services markets.
+ Lead development of marketing content and materials, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, digital content, and campaign assets.
+ Translate complex industrial services and operational capabilities into clear, customer-focused messaging and value propositions.
+ Prioritize and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
+ Ensure all marketing efforts align with Clean Harbors and HPC Industrial brand standards while supporting business-specific needs.
+ Collaborate with internal marketing teams, agencies, and subject-matter experts to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
+ Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, incorporating insights and feedback to continuously improve effectiveness.
+ Build strong working relationships with Industrial Services stakeholders across regions, functions, and leadership levels.
+ Maintain a deep understanding of the Industrial Services business, service lines, competitive landscape, and customer segments to inform marketing strategy.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
+ Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in marketing, with preference for experience supporting industrial services, environmental services, energy, construction, or similar B2B sectors.
+ Proven experience developing and leading marketing strategies in partnership with sales and operations teams.
+ Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales enablement, and field-driven organizations.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, manage multiple stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive-level presentation skills.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
+ Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
