    NTT DATA Services currently seeks a **"job title”** to join our team in **"location”** .

    Day to Day Job Duties:

    • Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment of applications in compliance with healthcare data regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST).

    • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation across on-premises and cloud environments.

    • Collaborate with application development, data, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices throughout the SDLC.

    • Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for healthcare platform applications and microservices.

    • Develop and maintain automated monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or Splunk to ensure system health and compliance visibility.

    • Support cloud infrastructure management, including cost optimization and performance tuning across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

    • Apply DevSecOps principles by integrating automated vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and security monitoring into the CI/CD workflow.

    • Manage access control, encryption, and secrets management following HIPAA-compliant security standards.

    • Assist with environment management and deployment of APIs, EDI systems, claims processing, and member portal applications.

    • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements to increase reliability and uptime.

    • Maintain detailed documentation for build/deployment procedures, infrastructure standards, and operational best practices.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or infrastructure automation, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.

    • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

    • Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, or AKS).

    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

    • Experience working in HIPAA-compliant or HITRUST-certified environments, ensuring PHI/PII security and compliance.

    • Familiarity with health plan systems such as claims processing, eligibility/enrollment, EDI transactions (X12 837, 835, 270/271), or member/provider portals.

    • Strong understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.

    • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration across cross-functional teams.

    Travel:

    This position may require up to 20–30% travel depending on project and client engagement needs.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience leading DevOps or Cloud modernization initiatives in health plan or payer environments.

    • Exposure to healthcare integration standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI).

    • Hands-on experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) or AIOps platforms.

    • Familiarity with data security frameworks such as HITRUST CSF or SOC 2.

    • Experience integrating compliance scanning (e.g., AWS Config, Azure Policy) into CI/CD pipelines.

    • Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or HITRUST Practitioner.

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **($60-$65.63/hourly )** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

     

    This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
