Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Analyst partners closely with MST leadership, Field Operations, Finance, and cross-functional business partners to evaluate labor performance, identify capacity risks, and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
What You Will Do
+ Lead labor capacity planning and assembly analytics for the Merchandising Service Team, ensuring alignment between workload demand, labor supply, and execution priorities across regions, markets, and programs.
+ Develop, maintain, and enhance labor capacity and forecasting models to balance workload, optimize labor deployment, and support seasonal execution, new program rollouts, and merchandising initiatives.
+ Establish and refine planning assumptions, productivity targets, and labor guardrails that inform execution strategies and enable consistent, scalable labor planning.
+ Identify labor capacity risks, execution constraints, and cost pressures through proactive analysis; support mitigation planning using scenario modeling, trade-off analysis, and performance monitoring.
+ Analyze qualitative field feedback and quantitative performance data (e.g., labor hours, payroll, productivity, service levels, and financials) to improve forecast accuracy and labor effectiveness.
+ Serve as a trusted analytical advisor to merchandising and field leaders by translating complex labor and operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and decision-ready trade-offs.
+ Design, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting using enterprise analytics tools to provide visibility into labor health, assembly performance, and forward-looking capacity risk.
+ Influence business decisions by clearly communicating labor impacts, return on investment, and execution implications associated with merchandising initiatives and labor strategies.
+ Drive continuous improvement by standardizing labor planning processes, strengthening data quality, and advancing automation and analytics capabilities.
+ Contribute to team capability by providing guidance, reviewing analytical work, and reinforcing best practices in labor planning and capacity analytics, without direct people management responsibility.
