Job Summary and Qualifications

To interact with CSG financial management teams including HBS CFO and Financial teams, and CSG and Corporate Accounting.

Financial and operational activities include: Financial Analytics, Reporting, Financial proformas and projections, budgeting, policy support and development. This also includes participation in the month-end close process involving analytics, report preparation, MOR completion, and interaction with the Group CFOs & Controllers.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

+ Assist HBS CFO in all areas assigned with emphasis on financial analysis and reporting and proforma creation

+ Drive timeliness, accuracy and completeness of financial reports to meet specified deadlines

+ Partner with senior leadership to develop and report standard financial data sets.

+ Prepare various reports which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position, including Monthly Operating Reports (MOR)

+ Review monthly financial variance reports to support operations with performance reviews

+ Review monthly reports for key indicators and statistics

+ Assist group operations as needed with financial information requests and questions

+ Prepare and coordinate distribution of monthly reports or returns required by regulatory agencies

+ Coordinate the annual budget process for HBS

+ Assist with internal compliance audits as necessary, including responding to requests from Corporate Internal Audit and other internal management

+ Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved

+ Maintain strict confidentiality to ensure that privileged and/or proprietary information is adequately safeguarded against disclosure.

+ Participate in ongoing professional development activities to remain informed of changing industry trends and government regulations.

+ Drive and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” standards.

What qualifications you will need:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

+ 3 - 5 yrs of healthcare accounting and/or finance experience is required

+ 3+ years’ experience or provider-based environment preferred

+ Knowledge of accounting theory, principles and practices sufficient to identify and describe accounting systems and sub-systems.
