    Job Summary and Qualifications

    **JOB TITLE** – Recruitment Operations Specialist

    **GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:** Responsible for the support of various aspects of the recruitment process including, but not limited to: process development and updates; recruiter tool development and updates; troubleshooting problems the recruiters are dealing with / driving to resolution; becoming a recruitment super user of Workforce (ATS) and PowerBI, including reporting and metrics; supplementing the recruitment team’s sourcing efforts, including database clean-up, and locums job description updates. This position is a key member of the Locums Recruitment team.

    **SUPERVISOR** – Sr. Director, Locums Recruitment

    **SUPERVISES** – None

    **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO** :

    • Monitor Name Clears that do not present within 36 hours.

    • Under the direction of the Sr. Director, Locums Recruitment captures detailed process documentation; with the goal of a Sharepoint library of standard operating procedures for Locums recruitment.

    • Prepares streamlined on-boarding paperwork for providers, including first day work instructions, payroll instructions, PayModeX instructions.

    • Expansion of our Sharepoint contract library to include each standard of local locum contract arrangements as governed by the Service Line.

    • Supplements the recruiters’ efforts in getting resolution on credentialing, payroll and travel inquiries, working closely with Logistics.

    • Supports the recruitment team in cleansing and uploading provider lists.

    • Supports record cleansing within Workforce to enhance provider records, including phone and email contact information.

    • Supports record cleansing within Workforce to update available provider lists for given locations (starting in Florida).

    • Works with Sr. Director, Locums Recruitment in assessing Recruiter compliance and alignment with expectations of PowerBI metrics.

    • Under the direction of the Sr. Director, Locums Recruitment, updates the detail within job posting to maximize key word searching / visibility within the market.

    • Researches compensation history from internal data; researches external, public sources as needed.

    • Acts as Workforce super-user in supporting the Recruiters to accurately and timely enter Workforce data – with the goal of meaningful reporting and metrics.

    • When the e-Confirmation and e-Statement of Work are implemented, this role may help in detailing out expansive coverage dates / times in the tool / Workforce.

    • Assists the Recruiters in advising Operations / Credentialing of DNUs to ensure proper tags are added to Workforce.

    • Candidate care conversations with providers in cases when the Sr. Director or Recruiter are not immediately available.

    • Sourcing outreach efforts in support of recruiters.

    • Update Monthly Recruiter Revenue Report.

    • Special reporting projects, as needed.

    • Special analytic projects, as needed.

    • New team member reference to Sharepoint processes.

    • Proactive competitor research, as needed.

    **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES** – This position requires the following minimal requirements:

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities

    + Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

    + Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations

    + Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

    **EDUCATION** –High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred

    **EXPERIENCE** – Prefer 2+ years’ experience in the recruiting environment with emphasis in healthcare a plus.

    **CERTIFICATE/LICENSE** – None

    **PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS** –

    + Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently

    + Requires prolonged sitting and some bending, stooping, and stretching.

    + Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.

    • Requires perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.

    + Requires normal range of eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports.

    + Requires dexterity to type.

    + Work is performed in a home office environment and involves frequent video contact with staff and the public.
