The BlackArch Accounting Manager has responsibility for the maintenance of accurate accounting records and supports the CFO/CCO with various compliance and human resource functions.
Responsibilities
+ Maintains accounting and financial records and reports including, general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports
+ Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements
+ Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
+ Provides financial support including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget
+ Conducts or assists with various accounting, compliance, and human resources projects.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Management Experience
+ Seven (7) years accounting/finance/compliance experience managing large groups/functions
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
+ Excellent communication skills
This position will require daily, on-site attendance at our Charlotte office.

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Incentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
