    Position Title: Production Control Coordinator

     

    Compensation Range: $58,000 - $63,000

     

    Department: Manufacturing

    The Opportunity

     

    The Production Control Coordinator provides information and prioritization to the schedule, identifies, escalates, and works cross functionally to resolve issues that prevent delivery metrics from being achieved. Monitors and tracks Delivery and Productivity metrics and assist in implementing corrective actions.

    Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, production, finance and shipping to prevent decreases in quality, delivery and efficiency rates in the plant.

    + Communicate daily with floor supervisors and production management on any concerns that have an effect on required delivery dates.

    + Monitor and track daily delivery and productivity and provide daily reports to Supervisors or Production Manager.

    + Works in conjunction with Cross Functional teams to develop standard operating procedures and implement improvement continuous improvement project and processes.

    + Conducts daily productions scheduling meetings.

    + Scheduling and maintaining jobs in operationally and within company’s ERP system.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent required.

    + Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Skilled knowledge assembly prints, work orders and Completed Equipment Checklist (CEC).
