    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in process equipment, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** West Union, SC

     

    Pay Range:$25-$27

     

    Shift:3rd 12hr (2,2,3 schedule)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Maintain and install process piping, valves, timers, thermocouples, fittings, gauges, solenoids, switches, and all types of hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and air systems.

    + Set up, remove, inspect, and maintain molds of various sizes and complexities in automatic or semi-automatic presses to ensure readiness for production.

    + Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on injection molding presses, grinders, pumps, motors, blenders, compressors, boilers, lighting, and electrical systems.

    + Support the installation and maintenance of conveying systems, robots, automatic handling equipment, and assembly machinery.

    + Adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations, including RCRA training for waste management and correct disposal procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine maintenance and repair within a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and support equipment.

    + Expertise in hydraulic systems repair and troubleshooting.

    + Willingness to learn and expand scope of responsibilities, demonstrating a learner mentality.
