**Our client, a global leader in adhesives and materials manufacturing, is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team.** As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the Product Development department supporting the R&D and Scientist teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Product Development Technician

**Location:** Elgin, IL

**Pay Range:** $25.00/hour

What’s the Job?

+ Prepare batches of polyamide hot melt adhesives and polyurethane adhesives under the guidance of scientists

+ Perform laboratory testing on adhesive materials

+ Collect, document, and organize experimental data

+ Analyze test results and present findings to scientists and R&D teams

+ Follow established procedures and support ongoing product development projects

What’s Needed?

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and laboratory procedures

+ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

+ Basic laboratory or technical experience preferred (training will be provided)

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment

+ Strong organizational and communication skills
