Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 2, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Facilities Technician 2

**Location:** Oxford, OH

Pay Range: Depends on experience

**Shift:** 1st Shift - 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri; 2nd Shift - 10am-6:30pm, Wed-Sun (Biggest Focus)

What's the Job?

+ Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

+ Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.

+ Record readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.

+ Use appropriate tools to troubleshoot simple AC/DC electrical circuits and HVAC systems.

+ Perform repairs and maintenance on building components, including plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field.

+ Hands-on knowledge of handyman tasks, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

+ Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems, including CMMS.

+ Strong work ethic, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

+ Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting over 50 lbs and handling tools.
