Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial separation equipment sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their dynamic team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly of custom-built industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong manual dexterity, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

**Job Title:** Assembler

**Location:** Cincinnati, OH

**Pay Rate:** $19.94 per hour

**Shift:** 1st shift - Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm with the potential of 10 hours per day and possibly Saturday hours up to 8

What's the Job?

+ Cut screen cloth to size and prepare materials for assembly

+ Apply edging strips and heat edging to bond with the screen cloth

+ Install grommets, spot weld, and punch holes as required for assembly

+ Package finished products for shipment ensuring quality standards are met

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE including steel toe shoes, full-length pants, and safety glasses

+ Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
