Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Desktop Technician - Advanced Level to join their team. As a Desktop Technician - Advanced Level, you will be part of the IT support department supporting technical operations and user assistance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Desktop Technician - Advanced Level

**Location:** Baytown, TX

**Pay Rate:** $35 - $38/hr.

What's the Job?

+ Provide advanced technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.

+ Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.

+ Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems efficiently.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and technical configurations.

+ Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures during support activities.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in desktop support or related IT roles.

+ Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.

+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

+ Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
