Our client, an industry leader in digital printing solutions, is seeking a US - Customer Service Rep III - US1 to join their team. As a US - Customer Service Rep III - US1, you will be part of the Customer Support department supporting the Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support.

+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

+ Assist in processing orders, returns, and service requests efficiently.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

+ Proven experience in customer service or support roles.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
