    Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution

    + Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels

    + Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests

    + Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

    + Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment

    + Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

    + Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
