Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a REMOTE Class Action CSR to join their team. As a REMOTE Class Action CSR, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting high-volume call center operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** REMOTE Class Action CSR
**Location:** El Segundo, CA
Pay Range:
**Shift:** 9AM EST to 8PM EST (8-hour shifts)
What's the Job?
+ Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and written communication
+ Assist clients with class action inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
+ Handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience
+ Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
What's Needed?
+ Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work flexible hours within the specified shift
+ Legal knowledge and call center experience for high-volume support is a plus
+ Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
