    **Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their team.** As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of the Accounts Payable function supporting internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Houston, TX (90% Remote / 10% On-site)

     

    Pay Rate: $19.86/h

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner

    + Communicate with internal teams and external clients to resolve payment issues and urgencies

    + Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel features for data management and analysis

    + Collaborate with team members while demonstrating initiative as a self-starter

    + Support business operations using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

    + Ability to work independently and take initiative
