Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a PM Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a PM Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** PM Maintenance Tech

**Location:** Braselton, GA

**Pay Range:** $28.5

**Shift:** 1st 5:30am-2:00pm

What's the Job?

+ Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on all production machinery and facility requirements.

+ Clean and maintain production equipment through routine scheduled maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments.

+ Lubricate machinery and perform general preventive maintenance tasks as needed.

+ Communicate with supervisors regarding maintenance status and estimated downtime.

+ Record maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements accurately.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum of three to five years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, machine shop tools, and equipment such as pallet jacks.

+ Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

+ Willingness to work 12 or more hours and in varying temperature conditions.
