Maintenance Mechanic - Equipment - Direct Hire

We are looking for an Experienced Maintenance Mechanic to work in a manufacturing environment in Green Bay, WI. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the plant operations. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on heat-treat equipment, CNC machining centers, and supporting plant infrastructure. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment to support on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

**Pay Range:** $62400 - $72800

**Shift:** First Shift

What's the Job?

+ Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on heat-treat equipment, CNC machining centers, and plant infrastructure.

+ Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or abnormal conditions and report findings.

+ Maintain accurate maintenance checklists and logs.

+ Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and keep work areas clean and organized.

+ Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure safety and compliance.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

+ Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in heat-treat or CNC machining environments.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, belts, chains, gearboxes, and electrical fundamentals (480V, 3-phase, control circuits).

+ Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals, and work independently with minimal supervision.
