    Our client, a leading organization in the marketing insights industry, is seeking a Research Program Manager V to join their team. As a Research Program Manager V, you will be part of the Marketing Insights department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Research Program Manager V

    **Location:** Remote, preference would be close to DC

    What's the Job?

     

    + Establish and uphold best practices in marketing insights, including scoping, methodology, analytics, risk mitigation, and reporting

    + Design innovative programming to help researchers respond to evolving business needs such as AI and the Metaverse

    + Drive clarity around performance expectations and promote proactive career development

    + Build cross-team familiarity and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and inclusivity

    + Navigate complex ecosystems, manage ambiguity, and move initiatives forward effectively

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Deep experience designing and managing primary research, both qualitative and quantitative

    + Proven ability to design and manage programs that drive alignment and build skills, such as training or learning initiatives

    + Strong navigation skills within complex organizational ecosystems, with the ability to resolve issues and bring stakeholders along

    + Experience working in marketing insights or related functions is preferred

    + Experience in teaching, coaching, or development is a plus
