Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and safety‑focused **Family Care Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations, staffing, training, and safety performance of Manpower employees supporting Family Care. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and safe operations while maintaining effective communication with Manpower leadership and our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing & Training
+ Ensure staffing needs are met for every shift.
+ Confirm each operator receives the training required to perform duties safely and correctly.
+ Develop thorough **Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)** and training checklists for all Family Care tasks.
+ Train Supervisors and Team Leaders on effective hands‑on training methods.
+ Conduct regular random training and safety audits.
+ Maintain up‑to‑date training tables for vehicle operators and medically cleared/fit-tested personnel, updating monthly.
Safety & Quality
+ Clearly communicate job safety requirements and expectations to all team members.
+ Respond promptly to resolve safety, quality, or operational issues.
+ Provide follow-up and corrective action feedback to Manpower leadership and client contacts.
+ Assist Shift Managers with accident and quality incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken and documented per procedure.
+ Review shift training and safety audit results to ensure proper follow-up.
Operational Support & Reporting
+ Attend scheduled customer and interface meetings with client
+ Update monthly performance charts including:
+ PRs handled
+ Scanning errors
+ Downtime
+ PRs vs. damage charts
+ Track Parent Role training and ended drivers.
+ Post and email all monthly reporting charts.
+ Assist with quarterly Shift Manager scorecards.
+ Maintain and update “Open Job” postings; coordinate printing and posting on the Manpower board.
+ Coordinate and manage Employee of the Month (EOM) and special recognition programs.
+ Chair and update the Manpower on‑site attendance policy annually.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
+ Ability to train, coach, and support team members at all levels
+ Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and operational excellence
+ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
+ Experience in a supervisory or training-focused role is a plus
