    **Our client is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their team.** As an HR Data Analyst, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting data-driven decision-making across HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Collect and analyze HR data related to recruitment, turnover, compensation, performance, and employee engagement

    + Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making

    + Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes and policies

    + Support workforce planning, forecasting, and HR-related projects

    + Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field

    + 1+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related role

    + Proficiency with HRIS systems and data visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    + Experience with UKG is a plus
