Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining, is seeking a dedicated **CNC Machine Operator** to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator

**Location:** Alexandria, MN

**Pay Range:** $20+/hour

**Shift:** M-TH 6am-4:30pm OR M-F 7am-5:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Operate computer numerically controlled horizontal lathes, mills, or turning centers to perform machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading.

+ Read and interpret process sheets, blueprints, and sketches to determine operating requirements.

+ Mount workpieces securely and start machining operations, ensuring precision and safety.

+ Perform in-process inspections and spot checks to verify conformance to specifications.

+ Deburr finished products, tag nonconforming materials, and move products to designated areas.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED, or related on-the-job training or experience.

+ Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical instructions.

+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ Ability to follow simple instructions and apply common sense to carry out tasks.

+ Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements.
