As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated logistics and distribution areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and permissions for entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.

+ Assist in carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client management.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for logistics and distribution environments.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.

+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees and visitors with security-related needs and information.

+ Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or security-related violations according to site procedures.

+ Support emergency response activities as required, including coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
